Gillette Venus Marketing Plan
Overview

As for the final project for my Interactive Marketing Communication course, I developed a marketing plan for Gillette Venus.

Structure

I started by understanding the landscape the product is in and developed a SWOT analysis for the product. Based on the research, I created a brand manifesto and targeted audience personas. I decided to address upper funnel marketing objectives and set measurement plans accordingly. The research also included social media diagnosis of the brand's current active social media. With all the information I had in hand, I devised a media plan, suggesting several digital marketing channels and media vehicles for each one of them.
